Case Study 3 – Compact and stylish
Brief
Our clients, a young trendy couple, had a tiny odd shaped kitchen in a
Redland flat with no scope for extension and no natural light at one end.
Our brief was to create a kitchen that had real ‘wow’ factor and made best
use of light and space possible.
Design Solution
Our designers worked with the space to create the optical illusion of width.
Wall units were kept to a minimum and curved units were specifically designed
to ease flow between the tighter front section of the room and the more
spacious rear. A small breakfast bar was created in-front of the window
to make best use of the light and space. Highly reflective white gloss
cabinets combined with dramatic black gloss worktops in cosmos star gate
and strong lighting gave an iridescent sparkle to the surfaces.
