Pros and Cons of LG HI-MACS
LG HI-MACS Natural Acrylic Stone is made from a blend of 75% natural minerals and acrylic pigments it is a stress-free alternate to natural stone as it successfully combines beauty and toughness with repairability.
LG HI-MACS worktops:
- Are highly stain resistant and perform incredibly well in industry tests.
- Are waterproof, colour fast and will resist most chemical exposure.
- Are non-toxic and have a non-porous surface making them extremely hygienic. Acids like lemon or vinegar do not affect it, so you don’t have to worry about spillage.
- have a seamless finish for a one-piece look and are completely homogenous throughout.
- Wear and tear can simply be rubbed away and even damaged sections can be replaced inconspicuously. It is extremely long lasting and comes in many different colours and textures for a completely unique look and feel.
Care and Maintenance of LG HI-MACS
LG HI-MACS worktops are very easy to clean; being non-porous they can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, mild detergent, or general purpose cleaner. It is a good idea to go over the whole surface with a wet scouring pad in a circular motion once in a while to maintain a uniform appearance.
Scratches
can easily be removed in the same way.
It is not recommended to place hot pans directly from the oven onto the
surface. Always
use a trivet under these and any heated appliances.
